We grab for this roller when we are under the weather and our body temp needs to be brought down. We apply this one to the back of the neck and to the bottom of the feet using the vita flex points on the feet.
*****All of my rollers are made with pure essential oils free from synethetics or fillers. I use organic jojoba oil as my carrier oil which is great for the skin without leaving an oily residue.
