Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. I will happily do an exchange if I have the size you need in stock. (Judy Blue jeans cannot be returned under any circumstances without all tags being on them and in an unworn condition. Thank you for your understanding.)
In person shoppers, please bring back the items to the store, with all tags on, unworn within 7 days for a refund/exchange. Online shoppers, please email me within 7 days of the items arrival at poshwestboutique.com to begin the return/exchange process.
Buyer will cover shipping costs to send the returned item back to seller. Seller will cover the shipping costs if buyer is making an exchange.
If a return is taking place, seller will refund purchase price to purchasers card once item has been received. Buyer will receive an email immediately detailing the refund.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
