One of my most popular rollers....head relief. When your head is suffering with pressure and that pounding feeling. I hold the roller in my right hand and apply in a small circle on my left temple. I then drag the roller across my forehead and make another circle on the right temple. I also apply to the brainstem...back of the neck, in a cross motion. You can also take it out across your shoulders. Now wait a few minutes and you can feel the oils moving up your head and down your head.
*****All of my rollers are made with pure essential oils free from synethetics or fillers. I use organic jojoba oil as my carrier oil which is great for the skin without leaving an oily residue.
