The material is 91% cotton, 7% polyester and 2% spandex.  Sadie is wearing her normal JB size, 15.   However, they are a tad tighter than normal.  Although this style is 2% spandex, they are not at stretchy as our 2% normally is!  Go with your normal JB size for a tight fit, go up one size if you want a looser fit in the waist and legs.  The inseam of this flare style is 33"
